We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Submitting a DMCA notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the authorized copyright owner).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our service that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send your DMCA notice to our designated agent via the contact form, selecting "Copyright concern" as the subject.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include the same elements listed above, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
